All supported clients will have an agreed customer service level.  Where you do not have a specific agreement in place our standard agreement can be found here.

We are committed to providing a bespoke and personable service to all our customers.  Please contact us using support@cloudartisans.co.uk - you will get an intsant confirmation of receipt if we successfully receive your email and will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Dealing with complaints

Should you have a complaint then please again email us on support@cloudartisans.co.uk with your compliant where we can escalate it for the attention of the directors.  As a small company working with you to deluver services you will often have a named contact to discuss any service issues with.  We will get back to you within 5 working days about any complaints that you might have.
